Car Rental Terms in Montenegro

Our car rental terms are simple and transparent. We continuously work on improving the quality of our service in order to make car rental in Montenegro convenient and easy for every customer.

Important Information

To rent a car, the driver must be over 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.

Car Booking Process

After choosing a suitable vehicle, you can submit a booking request through the reservation form on our website. You can also contact us via WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram.

If the selected car is available for your dates, we will reserve it for you free of charge for 24 hours. If the chosen vehicle is already booked, we will offer you a similar or higher-class car.

After the final confirmation, we will prepare a voucher and send it to you for review. This allows you to check all details in advance.

For airport pick-up, please provide your flight number and arrival time in advance. If you are already in Montenegro, we can deliver the car to your address.

Booking with us is free of charge. Moreover, no prepayment is required — payment is made upon receiving the vehicle for the entire rental period.

What Is Included in the Rental Price

The rental price includes third-party liability insurance, basic insurance with coverage, Green Card, child seat, second driver, as well as vehicle delivery and return.

In particular, pick-up and drop-off at Tivat Airport and in Budva are free of charge. For other cities in Montenegro, the conditions are agreed separately.

Important: Traveling outside Montenegro is a paid service and must be approved in advance with our manager when arranging the rental.

Vehicle Pick-Up

We will meet you at the airport with a sign or alternatively deliver the vehicle to your specified address.

To receive the vehicle, you must have:
* Passport;
* Driver’s license.

Before handing over the vehicle, an inspection is carried out, the fuel level is recorded, and the rental agreement is signed.

We provide clean vehicles, therefore washing the car before return is not required.

The customer must be in a sober condition. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Rental payment is made upon receiving the vehicle. A refundable security deposit is also required, depending on the vehicle class and deductible amount.

Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned at the place and time specified in the voucher. If you need to change the return location or time, please contact us in advance — we will do our best to arrange the most convenient option.

The fuel level upon return must match the level at the time of pick-up. Otherwise, the difference will be charged separately.

There is no need to wash the vehicle before return — we will do it free of charge.
